As a coach, I'm very aware that both Spring and Summer give an opportunity to improve an athletes overall athletic profile, hone technique and most importantly, gain a jump on rivals. Our SQUASH TIGERS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM is small group training for the most aspiring players currently competing at Gold or JCT levels who wish to accelerate their performance development. Under the direct tutelage of our Director, the program is the "next level" in training and incorporates high level methodology, fitness benchmarking, and personal mentoring. Performance Program sessions run from Monday through Friday, from 4:00-5:15pm and require players to be rated above 4.0.

Limited weeks starting: June 20, June 27, July 11, July 25, August 8, & August 22.

SQUASH TIGERS SUMMER CAMPS assist junior players of all levels to move to the next level of achievement. In a fun and hard working atmosphere, players will go through aspects of the game - training tactically, technically and physically.

We run camps every weekday of Summer, commencing June 20 and going through to September 3. Full Day camp runs from 9:30am - 3:30pm and we offer half day options of 9:30am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-3:30pm.

Cost for a full day week camp is $595, half day week $345 and daily $145.
