SUMMER - 2022
For 2022, SQUASHTIGERS' SUMMER CAMPS run weekly from June 20th 2022 till September 2nd, 2022.
SUMMER CAMPS assist junior players of all ages and levels to move to the next level of achievement. Whether you are beginning in the sport, or pushing towards excellence, this is the camp experience for you! In a fun and hard working atmosphere, players will go through aspects of the game - training tactically, technically and physically led by an experienced and caring team of coaches.
Camps run every weekday of Summer. Full Day camp runs from 9:30am - 3:30pm and we offer half day options of 9:30am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-3:30pm.
Cost for a full day week camp is $595, half day week $345, full-day daily $145 and half-day daily at $95.

A typical day looks like this:
9:30-10:00am: Warm ups, team building and agility training
10:00-10:45am: On-court - Target Driven Technique development of Shot of the Week
10:45-11:30am: On-court - Guided Discovery Tactical Training emphasizing Tactical Priority of the Day
11:30-12:00pm: Squash Specific Physical training - speed, strength, agility and flexibility training
12:00-1:00pm: Lunch (not included)
1:00-1:30pm: Warm ups, team building and agility training
1:30-2:15pm: On-court - Target Driven Technique development of Shot of the Week
2:15-3:00pm: On-court - Guided Discovery Tactical Training emphasizing Tactical Priority of the Day
3:00-3:30pm: Squash Specific Physical training - speed, strength, agility and flexibility training
Morning and afternoon squads differ in content and curriculum. They link well together, but may be taken as stand alone training.
In addition to morning and afternoon camps, we also run the PERFORMANCE program. The PERFORMANCE program is small-group training for the most aspiring players currently competing at Gold or JCT levels who wish to accelerate their performance development. Under the direct tutelage of our Director, the program is the "next level" in training and incorporates high level methodology, fitness benchmarking, and personal mentoring. Performance Program sessions run from Monday through Friday, from 4:00-5:15pm and require players to be rated above 4.0.
