As we move into the spring season, we’re excited to share the next evolution of our program.
At the heart of S|T Signature is our redefined training model:
The Development Pathway.
This pathway provides clarity for families, direction for athletes, and a progression-based structure that supports long-term growth — from foundational players to those pursuing the highest levels of junior competition.
The Development Pathway is built around three tiers:
Tier 1 – Foundation
Building Fundamentals & Confidence
Designed for developing players establishing strong technical habits, footwork patterns, and consistency within a structured training environment.
Tier 2 – Performance
Competitive Development Track
For committed tournament players ready for increased intensity and accountability. This tier blends structured squad training, private instruction, integrated movement work, and organized match play to accelerate competitive growth.
Tier 3 – High Performance
Elite Training Environment
Our most advanced training group - built for athletes demonstrating both commitment and ambition. This environment is designed for players training with long-term vision, seeking national-level benchmarks, and preparing for the next chapters of their competitive journey.
This tier integrates high-intensity squad work, individualized private lessons, structured fitness, and intentional match play within a focused, high-performance culture.
The Spring session runs March 2nd – May 31st.

To maintain training quality and performance standards, Tier 3 placement will be limited. We encourage families to email directly to secure placement within the appropriate tier as we finalize spring training groups.
