Global Champion-Maker Mazen Gamal to Lead NJ Squash Tigers

Squash Tigers NJ Welcomes Mazen Gamal as Director of Squash

We are thrilled to announce that Mazen Gamal will be joining our Squash Tigers New Jersey club as our new Director of Squash. A former PSA World #49 with over 15 years of coaching experience, Mazen brings a unique blend of elite playing pedigree, international coaching expertise, and a proven ability to develop champions.

Mazen’s career spans Egypt, Europe, and the United States, where he has built winning programs and guided players to the top of the game. At Egypt’s prestigious Wadi Degla SC, he worked with world-class athletes such as former World #1 Raneem El Welily and collegiate stars including Marwan Tarek (Harvard), Youssef Ibrahim (Princeton), and Omar El Torkey (University of Virginia). He has coached national teams in Lithuania, Belarus, and Italy, leading them to historic victories.

As a professional player, Mazen captured 10 PSA titles, competed in over 340 international matches, and was ranked Egypt’s national #1. His deep knowledge of the game, combined with high level certifications in coaching and officiating, ensures he brings both technical excellence and a commitment to integrity.

At Squash Tigers, Mazen will lead the design and delivery of all our programs, mentor our coaching team, and foster an environment where junior players can thrive on the court and beyond. His passion for player development, international network, and strategic vision make him an ideal leader to guide our club into an exciting new chapter.
