As Memorial Day Weekend arrives, we hope all of our families enjoy a little opportunity to recharge before the final stretch of the school year. For players remaining in the area, training continues as normal throughout the long weekend, with all squads running as scheduled. As always, additional lessons can be arranged directly with your coach.

This is a particularly important time of year in junior squash. The players who make meaningful jumps later in the season are often the ones who stay disciplined during late spring and early summer. Technical habits, movement quality, physical preparation, and consistency all tend to compound over time. Good work now matters.

Our regular schedule will continue seven days a week through the end of May, before we transition into a busy and exciting June calendar.

Early Summer Programming Begins June 1 ā˜€ļø

Our Early Summer block begins June 1 and runs through the first three weeks of June, helping bridge the gap between the school year and full summer training. This period remains one of the best opportunities of the year for players to increase volume, sharpen routines, and prepare for the summer tournament season.

Final Bronze Tournament – May 30 šŸ†

Our final Bronze Tournament of the season takes place on May 30.

Bronze events remain one of the best entry points for players beginning their US Squash ranking journey and learning how to compete in a tournament environment. There are still limited places available for players looking to participate.

Please note there will be no squads on the day so the tournament can run smoothly, although there will be limited lesson availability throughout the day. Families interested in arranging lessons should contact their coach directly.

Final Rehearsal Tournament – June 13 🐯

Our final Rehearsal Tournament of the season will take place on June 13.

These events have become a major part of player development at Squash Tigers. Rehearsal Tournaments provide meaningful match play in a competitive but supportive environment, allowing players to build confidence, routines, and tactical awareness before stepping into larger events.

Summer Camps Begin June 22 šŸ•ļø

We will offer both half-day and full-day options Monday through Thursday, alongside private lessons throughout the week. Sessions remain capped at 21 players to ensure strong coaching ratios and quality training environments.

Families who already know which weeks work best are encouraged to reserve places early.

We are also excited to welcome a number of visiting college coaches and professional players across the summer, with additional announcements coming shortly.

Coaching Support for Upcoming Events

Over the coming weeks we will continue to offer limited Zoom coaching for players competing in upcoming Gold and Silver events.

We will also have Squash Tigers coaches on site in Connecticut for the Super JCT. Families requiring coaching support should confirm arrangements in advance so staffing can be planned appropriately.

Cairo Summer Camp with Coach Mazen

Spaces also remain for our Cairo Summer Camp with Coach Mazen Gamal at the renowned Wadi Degla Club in Egypt.

Players will spend two weeks immersed in one of the strongest squash cultures in the world through elite training, match play, fitness, and private coaching. The experience will conclude with competition at the European Junior Open in Germany

šŸ“… June 24 – July 12

This is a unique opportunity for ambitious players to experience the standards, intensity, and culture that continue to produce many of the world’s top squash athletes.
