2026 and Beyond: Building the Future of Junior Squash Together

Dear All,

On behalf of all of us at SQUASH TIGERS, I wish you and your family a very happy, healthy, and prosperous 2026.

As we begin 2026, I want to introduce myself more personally and start what I hope becomes a tradition: sharing where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and - most importantly - where we are headed. Squash is clearly an important part of your family’s life, and I’d like to give you a better sense of who we are, what we stand for, and what you can expect from SQUASH TIGERS ahead.

I’m a squash parent myself. About four years ago, I partnered with Paul Frank to launch SQUASH TIGERS with the singular objective: to help junior squash players successfully navigate the path to college recruitment. Since then, we’ve grown to two clubs in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with 14 courts total, and - far more importantly - one of the most accomplished junior coaching teams anywhere. Between Paul, Laurent, Mazen, and Josh, our coaching leadership has collectively guided what is likely hundreds of squash recruits into U.S. colleges. That experience, perspective, and institutional knowledge is something we believe is truly unmatched - and it sits at the core of everything we do.

2025 was not without its challenges. Our PA location faced opening delays due to township requirements around stormwater infrastructure - issues that were ultimately resolved but pushed our opening back several months. We opened in June, and while the journey tested our patience, it reaffirmed our belief that great coaching, strong culture, and long-term vision always win out. With our team now fully in place, the future there is exceptionally bright.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are entering a major growth and innovation phase.

We plan to expand the SQUASH TIGERS junior academy footprint across additional cities - both through newly owned locations as well as operated academies within existing clubs, schools, and facilities. If you believe your city, school, or club would benefit from a SQUASH TIGERS academy, Paul and I would love to hear from you.

In parallel, we will soon be introducing Tiger Elite Track - a comprehensive, high-touch program for our most ambitious juniors. This will include:

  • Bespoke training plans

  • Rapid feedback and performance calibration

  • Integrated fitness, mental, technical, and tactical development

  • Advanced AI tools to support analysis and planning

They say it takes a village to develop a squash recruit. We’ve built that village, all under one unified system.

You might ask: Why expand courts, coaches, and locations so deliberately? Because junior squash has changed. Today’s environment is more competitive, more technical, and more demanding than ever before. Success now requires depth of coaching styles and access to diverse training partners. By expanding our coaching pool and court access, families gain:

  • Greater choice in coaching fit and methodology

  • Exposure to a wider range of competitive juniors

  • Stronger performance under unfamiliar and high-pressure match conditions

A quick note on facilities: all seven courts at our PA location are glass, with two additional movable glass courts being installed for next season. These new courts are designed not only for elite training, but also for engagement - capable of being installed in malls, gyms, and public venues to grow the sport’s visibility. Modern glass courts offer superior lighting, consistency, durability, and playability, and are now comparable in cost to traditional courts. As squash evolves, so must we.

As we journey to 2026 and beyond, we are working towards creating a broader ecosystem around squash. I own STAR SQUASH, a squash court construction company. We also have a partnership with Rally Vision, an AI-driven performance analysis platform that breaks down matches into thousands of actionable data points. Both initiatives exist for the same reason as SQUASH TIGERS: to raise the standard of squash development in the U.S.

The sport has tailwinds - inclusion into the Olympics, the US junior team now second to only to perhaps Egypt, the US pro team (especially the women’s team) achieving high positions on the PSA tour, Clublocker being bought over by Artisan Ventures which will catalyze innovation in player management, tournament management and club management, and new clubs coming up or planned in almost all the major metros in the US, are positive drivers that are certain to propel the sport to the next level.

If you have questions, ideas, or would like to explore how your child - or your club - can engage more deeply with SQUASH TIGERS, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at aniket@squashtigers.com.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re just getting started.

Warm regards,

Aniket Khera
