Squash Tigers Update: Training, Lessons, and Highlights from the Season

At Squash Tigers, we know your time is valuable, so we’ll keep this update brief—but packed with everything you need to stay connected and make the most of your training.

Training Schedule: Consistency is Key

Our full schedule is up and running. While we provide flexibility to accommodate busy lives, excellence in squash comes from consistency. Connecting with a coach for personalized weekly recommendations is one of the best steps you can take—regular training not only accelerates development but also builds stronger ties with your peers and the Squash Tigers community.

Details on timings and fees are available on our website. You can sign up online, or simply reach out to us directly and we’ll handle the arrangements.

Private Lessons & Strength and Conditioning

For players looking to accelerate progress, private lessons and strength & conditioning sessions offer targeted, one-on-one coaching.

  • Sessions are available in 30 or 45 minutes (with occasional 60-minute slots).

  • Multi-lesson packs come with discounts.

  • Weekly timeslots can be reserved now to ensure consistent training.

These sessions are among the most effective ways to refine technique, sharpen skills, and build physical resilience.

Free Junior Evaluations

If you’re considering Squash Tigers for your child, we offer free evaluations to help you explore whether our program is the right fit. Here’s how it works:

  • A coach will invite your child to join a training session or arrange a one-on-one assessment.

  • You’ll receive personalized feedback based on current skill level and goals.

  • You’ll also gain a clear understanding of our coaching approach, training environment, and development pathway.

This no-pressure introduction is a great way for families to experience what Squash Tigers is all about.

Competition Highlights

Congratulations to our dedicated group who recently competed at the Regional Gold in Baltimore. With two podium finishes, several standout performances, and plenty of lessons learned, the event was a success on every level. Moments like these capture the spirit of our community and remind us of the joy of competition.

An Exton Visit from Harvard Head Coach Mike Way

We also had the honor of hosting Harvard Head Coach Mike Way at the club. He led a dynamic squad session and delivered a powerful presentation on the Harvard Squash Methodology, with a particular focus on psychological skills. His insights were invaluable for both players and coaches, and we’re excited to share that he’ll be returning later in the season. In the meantime, be sure to check out our Instagram clips for a taste of his session.

The Season in Full Swing

We’re running sessions seven days a week, carefully designed to provide the repetition and regularity players need to succeed. The energy at the club is at an all-time high, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

See you on court!
