Mini Squash - designed for children aged 5-8 wanting to learn the sport!

Mini Squash completes our Player Pathway, with Mini Squash leading to our Learn to Play Starter Pack and then into our discounted U11 Squad Memberships.

As is the case of almost all sports, there is no exact age at which squash training should begin. Whether a child is prepared or not to receive squash teaching depends more on their skills, abilities, and capabilities rather than their age. Most experts say that the best age to begin practicing squash in a structured environment is at 5 or 6 years of age. When the children reach this age, they have already quite developed their psychomotor skills, their coordination and attention, adapting themselves much better to the demands of the game. Our Mini Squash program assists children to become familiar with the equipment and with the basic strokes and rules of the game in a safe environment.

In addition, thanks to this sport the little ones will begin to strengthen their speed, agility and reflexes, toning at the same time all the muscles in their body. Click here for more details!
