Lesson Prices
Lessons focus on the player's individual profile (technical, tactical, physical, and psychological), aligning their learning stage with the broader curriculum of the program. Members of our SQUAD or PERFORMANCE programs can purchase individual 30 min or 45 min lessons. Additionally, members can take advantage of a discounted 5-lesson pack.
The aim of our lesson curriculum is to guide players, preparing them to practice and gain repetitions. Our approach treats lessons as teaching opportunities rather than training sessions.
