Tigers in Texas and Northern New Jersey gave us much to be proud of this past weekend!
Houston, seeing weather that would “scald a metaphorical lizard” was weekend base to a bundle of Tigers contesting the draws.
The standout performances were from Leo (U13) and Eric (U17) who made finals - congratulations boys! Yidrew (U15) and Madeleine (U15) made semi-finals of their respective events, and although both would have liked more, they played excellently throughout. Shoutouts to our quarter finalists, Sriya (U13) and Shrikar (U17) (who lost out in a tight 4 to Eric). Additionally Siddhi battled hard for her 11/12 and there are bigger things ahead.
In Northern New Jersey we had a Silver at the Hackley School and a Bronze at the Hackley School. Slightly less “lizard scalding”, it was nonetheless a challenging weekend. The Hackley Silver highlight was Jesse defeating Yohan in an all Tiger U13 final! The Pingry Bronze saw Ethan waltzing away with the U13 first place trophy and Ansh battled to a solid semi-final.
Congratulations to everyone on a weekend to remember! Camps continue like relative clockwork at the club and summer in all its grandeur is just starting to roll! See everyone at training!
