Tigers Silver Reportage!

Our Annual Squash Tigers Silver ended today with a slew of medals, smiles, learning and not a small amount of exhaustion for all those involved. Firstly a heartfelt thank you to our coaches, Claire, Jamie and Ebonie (and an assist from Maryam!) who tirelessly gave us a flawless event! Well done and thank you!

The draws were stacked with members of the Tiger family, from camp visitors to our core crew, and some exceptional results came about.

To the ladies first, congratulations to our GU13’s on a well fought out event. Shout out to Celine on her victory, Riyanshi playing up out of the U11’s to finish 3rd and Chloe on a well contested 4th. The GU15 had a dynamic alliterative trio of Siddhi, Sriya and Shona finishing 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Congratulations ladies - all playing a quality of squash notably above their current ratings! Well done also to our Tiger favorite Caroline for waltzing away with the GU17 and having perhaps a little too much firepower for the field.

The boys were eventful, as they so often are and the BU13 proved to be one of the most closely contested divisions of the weekend. Congratulations to Jesse on his victory in the event, with camp visitor Leon and Tiger stalwarts Evan and Ronnie filling out the podium. Much more to come from that crew, we can assure you!

The three musketeers of the BU15, Julian, Jayden and Dev finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively and showed the benefit of some hard work over the summer.

Well done not only to those aforementioned, but to the whole 20 Tigers who competed, it was a weekend to remember!

Finally a reminder that we are in the last four weeks of camp, and that training resumes tomorrow at 9:30am! Big things ahead!
