Squash Tigers has a strong presence at this year’s British Junior Open, with Jack, Reghan, Yiden, Colten, and Jude competing in one of the toughest junior fields in the world. Laurent Elriani, our Exton Director, is also on-site as part of the Team USA coaching staff, bringing his experience to support American players throughout the event.
The British Junior Open is one of the sport’s landmark tournaments. It sits just behind the World Juniors in prestige and attracts top juniors from dozens of countries each January in Birmingham. The event covers every age group from U11 to U19. The 2026 edition will mark its 100th anniversary.
For developing players, the value of the BJO is clear. It provides unmatched international exposure, demanding match environments, and a chance to measure progress against the best in the world.
