Regular sleep habits are essential for junior squash players, especially during intense summer camps. When training volume increases, the body needs more time to recover, repair muscles, and consolidate new skills. Quality sleep improves focus, reaction time, and emotional regulation. These are all critical for high-level performance and learning. Without enough rest, players are more prone to injury, fatigue, and mental burnout. Establishing consistent bedtimes and limiting screen time before sleep helps athletes stay energized, alert, and motivated each day. At Squash Tigers, we emphasize that training does not end at the court. Recovery, especially through sleep, is part of the process.
See you at training!
