A reminder that our brand-new Squash Fitness Testing program is available. Led by Coach Louise, our certified Strength & Conditioning coach, this comprehensive test includes 11 different assessments designed specifically for squash players. From flexibility and speed to endurance, balance, strength, and explosiveness, we cover every key area that impacts performance on court.
Each athlete receives a detailed written report outlining their results, along with personalized training recommendations to target areas for improvement. Whether you're aiming to build a more efficient movement base, improve recovery, or add intensity to your game, this data-driven approach provides a clear roadmap.
