After the Test: Purpose-Built Sessions
Each 45-minute session is tailored to the athlete’s unique profile and performance goals. Training covers functional mobility, core and rotational strength, court-specific speed and agility, and conditioning for match play. All sessions are grounded in performance science and tailored for squash, not just generic fitness.
