We’re a high-performance junior squash academy growing across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut — and we’re looking for a Lead Squash Professional to build and lead a program at one of our three locations.

This is a chance to leada SquashTigers program — not step into someone else’s. At our new West Hartford, CT location you’d be the first coach, building the program from day one; in Plainsboro, NJ and Exton, PA you’d help grow already-thriving junior and adult programs. Either way, you’ll shape the coaching, the culture, and the community.

What you'll do

›Deliver private lessons and junior group coaching sessions.
›Grow participation through community outreach and relationship-building.
›Organize clinics, camps, leagues, and special events.
›Support players at local and regional tournaments.
›Develop adult squash programming — private lessons, clinics, and leagues.
›Collaborate with players, parents, community members, and organizational leadership.

What we're looking for

›A strong playing and coaching background.
›The ability to develop players across all ages and skill levels.
›Positive relationship-building with players, parents, and the wider squash community.
›Organization, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
›A commitment to creating a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment.
