Before the summer events begin and players head into the Super JCT, camps, and summer ranking events (and even vacations!) we will be holding our final Rehearsal Tournament of the season on Saturday, June 13.
Our Rehearsal Tournaments are designed to recreate the feel of real competition in a more relaxed, developmental environment. Players will typically receive multiple matches across the day while working through the same routines, preparation, and pressure-management required at official events.
Players practice:
- Match preparation and warm-ups
- Tactical adjustments between matches
- Managing momentum and nerves
- Refereeing and scoring
- Recovery between rounds
- Competing under pressure
Unlike sanctioned tournaments, results do not affect US Squash ratings or rankings, allowing players to compete freely, experiment, and build confidence without added pressure.
These events have become an important part of player development at Squash Tigers, giving athletes valuable match experience. This will be the final Rehearsal Tournament of the year don't miss out!
