One minute players are getting back into rhythm after the winter season. The next, summer competition is around the corner.
At Squash Tigers, our Early Summer program is designed to bridge that gap.
From June 1 through June 21, we run a focused three-week training block built around consistency, movement, match readiness, and good daily habits.
The idea is simple: get on court regularly, train with purpose, and build momentum heading into the rest of the summer.

Squads remain the center of the program, with conditioning added where it genuinely supports performance on court.
Sessions run throughout the week, including afternoons and weekends.
Progress in squash is usually quiet.
It comes from repeated reps, better decisions late in sessions, and learning how to train consistently even on days when energy is not perfect.
